2001 - 2010 International Decade for a Culture of Peace and Non-violence for the Children of the World

Meditation Outline

Individuals and groups can help to make the International Decade for a Culture of Peace and Non-violence for the Children of the World more effective through meditation and prayer. Here you will find a sample meditation outline, but you may prefer to create your own meditation outline.Click here for information on the Decade and suggestions on how to participate in this Initiative.

Sit comfortably, alert and with the spine erect. Breathe quietly and regularly. Raise your consciousness to the centre between the eyebrows and without strain hold this focus.

Reflect on what forms it might take, what qualities it requires and why it is needed by the children of the world.

Sense or identify with the atmosphere of unity, respect and goodwill that will allow the creation of a culture of peace.

Send love to all who are living and working with children, offering your support to them.

See this work flooded with spiritual energies: light, love, healing, inspiration and blessing.
