Sit comfortably, alert and with the spine erect. Breathe quietly and regularly. Raise your consciousness to the centre between the eyebrows and without strain hold this focus.

May the Power of the one Life pour through the group of all true servers
May the Love of the one Soul characterise the lives of all who seek to aid the Great Ones
May I/we fulfil my/our part in the one Work through self-forgetfulness, harmlessness, and right speech. It has been said that cooperative goodwill is an essential ingredient in the creation of right human relations. Reflect on the energy of cooperative goodwill. Think about your links with groups and initiatives that foster cooperative goodwill and consider the significance of this energy during a time of transition into a New Civilisation.

Now turn your attention to cooperative business enterprises and consider the role they are playing in the birthing of a new economics.

Think about the goals of this Year of Cooperatives [to raise awareness of the value of cooperative enterprises in poverty reduction, employment generation and social integration; highlight the strengths of the cooperative business model as an alterative means of doing business; and encourage governments to create a supportive environment for the development of cooperatives]. Consider the opportunities the Year provides for Cooperative Business Enterprises to prosper and multiply.

Imagine the energies of the Saints, Rishis, Ancestors and Buddhas of the Inner Worlds flowing into the Cooperative Movement, sustaining, nourishing and inspiring every initiative that uses the energy of cooperative goodwill in business and economic affairs.
